Norfolk Guidance Service provides information and advice about learning and work to adults throughout Norfolk.

- Be prepared to give us honest and accurate information, to help us to help you
- Tell us in advance if you require any additional assistance when you come to see us (e.g. wheelchair access)
- Be willing to tell us what you think about the services that we have provided

- By making use of our 'Feedback' form, which covers complaints, compliments and suggestions and by taking part in our regular sampling of clients views
