I am the Administrator for Norwich NRF and a ‘jack of all trades’, for clerical and admin tasks. This involves keeping the client records and databases up-to-date, processing invoices, arranging payments and monitoring all financial matters. I also deal with ‘nextstep’ orders and monitor the budgets.
Qualifications and brief work history:
I am educated to degree level, but have no formal administration qualifications, just experience. Previously I was an IT Analyst/Programmer for 25 years and have also worked as a teacher.
What I enjoy about my work:
The variety of tasks ensuring that no two days are the same and working within a small, friendly team.
